How It Works 


1. Choose your session.
Sessions last about 90 minutes — enough time to go through a few hot-cold-rest cycles.


2 . Bring what you need.
A towel, water, a bathing suit, and slippers. A robe if you’re feeling fancy. Maybe a sauna hat if you like that sort of thing.

3. Or use ours.
We’ve got rentals — towels, robes, slippers — and sauna hats for sale.

4. Get hot, get cold, breathe, repeat.
